We need to remember we are one with nature and the earth.

This past year, Covid has prompted many of us to remember to stop and truly appreciate life in all of its aspects. An awakening to some that becoming one with nature can bring healing and peace.

John and I will be hosting our monthly Zoom Reiki relaxation session on Thursday, April 29th, 2021 from 7-8p.

If you have joined us in the past several months for our Reiki Meditation Zoom events, we are so grateful.
If you haven’t, maybe the spring energy is the time for you to stretch into change and join us for an hour of relaxation, release, rejuvenate.

As for the format, we will open the session with a guided “I Am Earth” meditation.
This meditation will help prepare our chakra energy centers to receive the Reiki healing energy that will be transmitted by both John and me.

During the Reiki portion of the session, John will also include mindfulness affirmations. This combined with the Reiki will help to release the stressors, creating a quiet and gentle relaxing feeling to move into the peaceful season.

At the end of the session, there will be time for the participants to voluntarily reflect and discuss their experiences during the Healing session.
