Pianist Tim Ray, best known as Tony Bennett’s longtime pianist and musical director, brings his acclaimed trio to Scullers for an evening of world-class jazz. With over 100 recordings and collaborations spanning jazz and popular music, Ray is joined by his long-standing trio:

• Tim Ray – piano

• John Lockwood – bass

• Mark Walker – drums

Special guest Edmar Colón, the dynamic young Puerto Rican saxophonist and composer, joins the group. Colón has already made waves performing and recording with Terri Lyne Carrington, Danilo Pérez, Esperanza Spalding, John Patitucci, and Dianne Reeves.

This performance features music from Tim Ray’s latest release, Fire & Rain, showcasing the deep chemistry of this exceptional trio with the added spark of Colón’s voice on saxophone.
